ND TRASDRAIN 100sv Drainage System

High-quality, CE-marked, passive capillary drainage system with construction height of 8.5 mm. The product is suitable for fixed and loose installation of outdoor floor coverings (e.g. natural stone and ceramic tiles) on balconies, terraces and outdoor staircases. The core of drainage system is perforated and consequently ensures optimal vertical drainage when the drainage system is used on unbound sub-bases that are in contact with the ground. In addition, the perforated core enables the product be used on inverted roofs as well. One product that is suitable for several applications: floor coverings with fixed installation (on mortar bed); floor coverings with loose installation (on loose aggregate or gravel bed) and installation using the thin-bed method.

The perforated core and the vapor-permeable protective geotextile ensure that water vapor escapes from the XPS insulation on inverted roofs. All ND Drainage Systems from the TRASDRAIN series are suitable for both warm roof and inverted roof constructions.

Easy to transport

The rolls can be moved by just 1 person to the right spot (by hand truck or by simply rolling). The rolls are immediately ready to install.

Easy to roll out

We supply our ND Drainage Systems as rolls. This means, that all three required system layers – protection layer, drainage layer and filter layer – are unrolled at once in one motion.

Fast to install

Unroll, overlap and done. Since all layers are glued together, delays due to wind effects or wrongly positioned layers are nearly impossible. It can’t be quicker.

Rock & roll
The ND Drainage Systems are easy and quick to install because the filter, drainage and (sliding and) protection layer are glued together. The ND Drainage Systems are supplied as rolls, making them easy to handle and quick to unroll.

Glued, not thermally bonded
The filter, protective (and slip) layers are glued and not thermally bonded to the core of the dimpled core. This prevents damage to the mechanical and hydraulic properties of the geotextiles and the entire drainage system. It also prevents that geotextiles form being pressed between the dimples, which could jeopardize good drainage. The overlap of the filter geotextile ensures optimal filtration.
